What is a Home Design Visit?

A FREE home design visit is exactly what it sounds like – one of our experienced designers comes to your home, at a time that suits you, and begins the process of creating your dream bathroom, kitchen or bedroom right there in your space.

We take precise measurements, discuss your style preferences and budget, assess any practical considerations, and leave you with a clear sense of what is possible. There is no charge for this visit, and no obligation to proceed.

Most clients who book a visit come back having made a decision – not because we pressure them, but because the quality of what we offer speaks for itself.

The Process After Your Visit

Step 1 – Design Visit
We come to you. We listen, measure and explore possibilities. You ask questions; we give honest answers.

Step 2 – 3D Design Concept
Within a few days of your visit, our designers produce a full 3D design concept, complete with every product specified and priced. You will be invited back to the showroom, or we can present it to you at home, to review and refine until it is perfect.

Step 3 – Supply & Project Management
Once you are happy with the design, we handle everything: ordering, delivery scheduling and installation project management. You have one point of contact throughout.

Step 4 – Customer Support
Our customer support is here to help, just call us… even years down the line.
